What a great mid-week motivator. Shape it up with this all-in-one cardio/free weights class that gets your heart pumpin' and your muscles movin'. This class is meant for all fitness levels.

This course is offered Spring Semester 2011 every Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 5:50pm.
