Alumni Welcome Wagon at First Year Move In 2024August 30 at 8–11 a.m.

Hello Gusties, 

Fall semester is coming up fast, and the Gustavus Alumni Office is looking for alumni and friend volunteers to come to campus on the morning of Friday, August 30 to help welcome our First Year students as they move to campus! These "Welcome Wagon" volunteers are stationed in the First Year dorms, armed with plenty of coffee and donuts, and are charged with spreading Gustie cheer and positive vibes during this important day!

The Alumni Office will be happy to cover your breakfast or lunch while you're on campus and you'll be able to pick a swag item! This is a great opportunity to connect with current Gusties, experience the beauty of campus in the early fall, and visit with other Gustie alumni. Here's the schedule:

Friday, August 30, 2024
Arrive at 8:00 a.m. – Meet in the Alumni Office (downstairs in the Administration Bldg.)
We’ll deploy groups to welcome stations at 8:30 a.m.
Finished between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m.

We’ll furnish you with a lunch ticket as our thank you for your participation.
