Advocating for Hidden Voices: Writing, Translation, and After RussiaOctober 3, 2022 at 3:30–5 p.m.

Poet and translator Mary Jane White discusses "finding her voice" in raising a neurodivergent child and translating undervalued Russian women poets. This event will focus on a lecture and reading with Q&A to follow. Attendees will also have an opportunity to order White's newest collection of translated poetry, After Russia: Poems by Marina Tsvetaeva, and to converse informally with Mary Jane at a reception following her lecture.
