Announcement: Academic and Administrative Building Hours for Christmas Recess

Academic buildings will be locked at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 and will remain locked until 7 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, with the exception of Olin Hall which will be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27 and Friday, Dec. 28. Students requiring access to academic buildings during this period will need to have a "Permission for Admittance Card" issued by a faculty or staff member. Additional cards can be requested from Deb Swanberg (dswanber@gustavus.edu). Administrative buildings will close at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21 and will reopen for normal business hours Thursday, Dec. 27 and Friday, Dec. 28. They will again be closed at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28 and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 2, with the exception of the Campus Center building which will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31. If the closing schedule conflicts with programming needs, please contact Deb Swanberg at Safety and Security, to make the necessary changes.
