GHP WELLNESS CHALLENGE

December 1 - 12, 2010

Want to start your holiday season feeling healthy, refreshed, and full of energy? All Gustavus employees and their spouses are invited to participate in the "12 Days of Wellness" challenge sponsored by the Gustavus Health Promotion (GHP) program. Each person that registers for the program must complete 24 wellness activities over the first 12 days of December.

Registration opens on November 18th and closes on December 1st (the first day of the challenge). To register please go to the GHP website (www.gustavus.edu/ghp) and click on the "12 Days of Wellness" tab.

After you register you must pick up your calendar of activities at the SAO desk in the Campus Center. You must complete and mark off all 24 activities by December 12th. At the most, you may mark off three activities per day.

The first 150 people who register and complete all the activities over the 12 days will receive a delightful holiday gift as a reward for finishing the wellness challenge. You must turn in your calendar and pick up your gift in Lund office 131 (Rachelle Dosch) between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on December 13th or 14th.
