Elycia Kathryn Arendt graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2000, with a B.A. in English. She currently works as a Senior Editor for a legal text publisher in Minnesota. Way to go....Elycia!!

Sarah Smith has written three historical mysteries, The Vanished Child, The Knowledge of Water, and A Citizen of the Country. She has also written three hypertextual novels and has collaborated on several other books.

Candace Black teaches at Minnesota State University, Mankato and Gustavus Adolphus College. Her first book of poems, The Volunteer won the 2000 Minnesota Voices Poetry Prize and was recently published by new Rivers Press.
