A research paper titled "2D Assisted Liquid Chromatography (2DALC) – A Chemometric Approach to Improve Accuracy and Precision of Quantitation in Liquid Chromatography using 2D Separation, Dual Detectors, and Multivariate Curve Resolution" has been accepted for publication in the journal Analytica Chimica Acta (doi:10.1016/j.aca.2014.12.009). This work is the result of a collaboration between Dwight Stoll (Chemistry), Prof. Sarah Rutan and Daniel Cook of Virginia Commonwealth University, and Prof. Peter Carr of the University of Minnesota. Her essay, "Here There Be Snakes," will be published in the spring issue of Compose: A Journal of Simply Good Writing. This is Fremo's first published piece of creative nonfiction.
