Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  Shift: 12:30pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend shift possible.

Starting at $15.10/hr


  • Prepare cold salads from scratch   
  • Stock, Maintain, clean 50 item salad bar 
  • Develop unique recipes
  • Work with and mentor college student employees.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
