Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Supervisor in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with rotating schedule.  


  • Co-Manage day to day operations of a high volume dining service operation
  • Assist in training, coaching and developing over 50 full time staff
  • Work with and mentor college student employees
  • Develop and maintain student friendly environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
