Announcement: Writing Workshop for Students

First-year students are invited to a workshop titled "Making the Transition to College Level Writing" from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 in Linner Lounge. Writing Center staff members will help students learn about the conventions for writing in different academic disciplines and will answer specific questions about rough drafts, paper assignments, and citation issues. Snacks will be served.
