Gustavus Adolphus College Student Veterans Organization presents the documentary "When I Came Home," about homeless veterans in the United States - from those who served in Vietnam to those returning from the Iraq War. The film won the "New York Loves Film Best Documentary" Award at the 2006 Tribeca Film Festival. The film viewing will support the Student Veterans Organization's fundraising drive for the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has, over the past 21 years, assisted over 5,500 Minnesota veterans and their families through transitional and permanent housing programs.
