Based on over two decades of experience, both as a participant and as a facilitator, Rich Kurtzman explains the structure of the intercultural learning process at Barcelona SAE through real activities on-site for students and interns abroad as well as through faculty-led programming. Take-aways include simple and practical activities that international educators at home and abroad can employ immediately to increase cultural awareness and intercultural competence in their students.
