Take a break and join us in the water for your workout.

The water is a great place to work out and an excellent way to incorporate some variety into your normal routine. This water class is for participants who are comfortable in the shallow end as well as the deep end.

Even though it's finals week we want to continue our routine so Terena and Kathy will lead class.
