Description

Take a break from your regular exercise routine and join us in the water. The water is a great place to work out and an excellent way to incorporate some variety into your normal routine. This class will utilize the shallow end of the pool along with the deep end of the pool so participants must be comfortable swimming in both ends of the pool to attend.
