Walktober: Trick or TreatingOctober 27, 2022 at 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Stop by the GustieWELL anytime between 8 am-4 pm to participate in Walktober. Walktober promotes fresh air, movement and connection while drawing attention to the many benefits physical activity has on mood, mental health, and cognitive function. There will be different prizes each week with the grand prize being either 2 Minnesota Viking tickets or a $150 Bookmark gift card. To be eligible for the grand prize, you must participate in 3 of the 4 weekly events. 

*Staff are encouraged to particpate but exempt from prizes.
