Description
We have received a few calls from users who have been unable to delete email. In WebMail they get an error message about being over quota. We are not currently running quota checking, but re-enabling their account (even when it isn't disabled) has resolved the problem.
If you take calls from people unable to delete emails, please ask a Senior CA or a staff member to re-enable their account.
