Time on your side: how to prioritize your mental health at 6 p.m. on April 17 is the last of three workshops presented by the Counseling Center as part of Mind Your Health Week.
Life is busy - and unfortunately, it doesn't get any easier. Now is the time to learn balance. This workshop will help you to take advantage of your own daily rhythms to find time to relax, exercise and take care of yourself.
