Announcement: Theatre Auditions

Auditions for the first main stage production of the fall.

"Shakespeare's R&J" an adaptation by Joe Calarco, directed by Henry MacCarthy.

In this electrifying adaptation four men embody the characters of Shakespeare's timeless love story.Set in a boarding school where Shakespeare texts have been banned, four students discover a hidden copy of Romeo and Juliet.

Four outstanding roles for male performers.

Auditions are open to all Gustavus students, regardless of major and/or class standing.
Prepare one monologue (preferably classical, although any monologue will do). If you are a first-year student and do not have a monologue memorized, you are welcome to read it.
