"The Gateway Bug" is an award-winning documentary that explores cultural taboos and diet culture in America. The film addresses the climate crisis and how we can help slow its effects: eating bugs.
This documentary was recommended by Dr. Julie Lesnik, a Nobel Conference speaker for the topic Insects: Little Body, Big Impact. There will also be a short information sessions on Dr. Lesnik and cricket cookies available to sample.
