Description

The Angel Tree is up in the Campus Center by the Evelyn Young Dining room and still has tags available! Please consider taking part to give a child a special gift this year.

The Angel Tree is a project designed to give Nicollet County children a little something extra during the holiday season. The children that will receive these gifts will not have many presents at Christmas.* You will find the "Angel Tree" in the campus center decorated with paper Angel Tag Ornaments. On the back of the ornament you will find the gender and age of a child as well as a short "wish list. eNot all items need to be purchased. Please do as your budget allows, but $25 and under is appropriate. We ask that after you have purchased your gift for this special child, you return the wrapped gift with the Angel Tag to the Peer Assistant office in the Campus Center no later than Friday, December 12th.

If for some reason you are unable to purchase a gift, please return the Angel Tag to the tree or to the Wellbeing Center/Peer Assistant Office as soon as possible. Monetary gifts are also accepted to help with unfulfilled tags. Thank You for helping make this Christmas a little brighter for one child.

*These gifts will be distributed to children and siblings of the Nicollet County Head Start program. This program was started by Peer Assistant Kate Reuer ('99), this is the 17th year of giving by the Gustavus Community.
