The 2019 Ronald S. and Kathryn K. Christenson Lectureship in Politics and LawApril 16, 2019 at 7–8:30 p.m.

Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Honorable G. Barry Anderson, is the lecturer on "Preserving the Rule of Law."

G. Barry Anderson is a 1976 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and a 1979 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He was a member of the Minnesota Court of Appeals from August 1988 until his appointment to the Minnesota Supreme Court. He was sworn in and joined the court on October 13, 2004.

Kathryn Christenson established the lecture to honor her late husband, Ronald Christenson, who founded the Gustavus Political Science Department in 1969.
