Announcement: Take Action - Climate Teach In

Please join the campus community to learn more about climate change and what we can do about it at this year’s Climate Teach-In on Thursday, March 30, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. in Nobel Hall. The evening begins with a brief introduction from Eban Goodstein (Bard University & Solve Climate by 2030) in Wallenberg Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. and continues with breakout sessions in hallways and rooms on the lower floor of Nobel Hall and North Atrium.  Learn about Transportation, Government & Community Action, Gustavus Initiatives, Divestment, Zero Waste, Environmental Justice, Soil Carbon Sequestration, International Responses to Climate Change, Climate Research, Art and Climate Change, Climate change Kahoot!, and much more. The introductory video will be repeated several times for those who arrive later. The event goes until 9:00 p.m. allowing ample time to visit the variety of stations.
