Your device will come with a printed website URL that will lead you to more information on its setup and use. We encourage you to visit this website and to read any included instruction manuals that come with your specific device. Additionally, we will be providing online training and discussion opportunities over the next two weeks. There will be two sessions for each type of device, and each session will be recorded for on-demand viewing. If you have questions about your device or want a general overview of how to set it up, we strongly recommend that you attend one of the webinars. Our ability to provide one-on-one support on or after September 2 may be limited. These sessions are your opportunity to proactively resolve any questions or problems before it becomes critical to your work.
