Description
Learn which prairie plants make horses run faster, which ones start wildfires, and which ones cure rattlesnake bite. Join Arboretum Naturalist Scott Moeller to experience the tallgrass prairie with all of your senses. All ages are welcome. One-mile walk on uneven terrain required. Program begins at the Arboretum Interpretive Center at 7 p.m. sharp. Registration is required. Program is free, but free-will donations are welcome. Please don’t be late, or you may be left behind!
