Student Flu Immunization ClinicNovember 14, 2006 at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students may receive their annual immunization to protect against respiratory influenza. Cost is $20 cash or check or $25 if billed to insurance. Students must bring a copy of the front and back side of their insurance card if billing insurance.
