Attorney Janet Judge engages coaches in a discussion of the legal issues facing college programs today, addresses training recommended by the 2011 Dear Colleague Letter and provides practical advice for reducing risk.The presentation tackles recent litigation, social media and potential first amendment-like considerations, sexual harassment and sexual violence, due process, torts, team rules, pregnancy and Title IX, as well as lessons learned from coach-discipline of student-athletes and NCAA investigations.
