Description

As the home of a multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-religious population, Malaysia is a fascinating location for study abroad. Why should students study abroad? What would make an ideal environment for their study abroad? What issues does the College face in creating and maintaining its own study-abroad programs? Steve Mellema (professor of Physics), co-leader of the first Semester Abroad in Malaysia, will talk about the new program and share the experiences of the first group of students who took part during Spring Semester 2014.
