Song Writing-Mental Health Workshop with Vaughn Foster!!!May 4, 2022 at 7–8:30 p.m.

Hello fellow Gusties! The Peer Assistants are hosting Vaughn Foster (round 2!), and his organization, Polyrhythmic Arts, on Wednesday, April 4th, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the Heritage Room.  Vaughn will be leading a song writing workshop on stress and anxiety, specifically tailored for students. The stress and anxiety one experiences near the end of the semester will be talked about in the workshop, and by the end, how to navigate through these stressors from the music we create. No prior music experience is needed.  All are welcome. Hope to see you there.
