TimeFeb 10, 2019 at midnight to Feb 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.

The 100-Hour Challenge is a campus-wide initiative to promote healthy choices surrounding alcohol while also coming together to support and affirm those who already live by this choice. Participants can choose for themselves to either abstain from alcohol OR abstain from binge drinking, which offers an opportunity to reflect on a relationship that might otherwise go unchecked. We hope to unite all students in this effort, regardless of their relationship with alcohol or reasons for participating.

The challenge begins at noon on Wednesday, February 13th and goes through Sunday, February 17th at 4 p.m.

Scheduled events include: Dueling Pianos Live Comedy Show, roller skating, hypnotist, tournament style game night, yoga to live music, fruits & glutes, and more. Plus, several giveaways at each event and tons of free food!

**Binge drinking is defined as a pattern of drinking that brings blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to 0.08 or above. This typically occurs when men consume five or more drinks or women consume four or more drinks in about two hours.
