Description

This is a time of peace and centering. The Gustavus Labyrinth, a form of walking meditation, will be set up. There will be a station for prayer (all faith traditions welcome), stations for Reiki, meditation cushions, yoga mats, hot tea, journaling materials, candles, and soft music.
