Description
Symantec Security Response has developed a removal tool to clean the infections of W32.Beagle.B@mm. This is the easiest way to remove this threat and should be tried first. The removal tool can be downloaded from Symantec, or from Gustavus.
The removal tool is also available from the Virus Removal CD (available from the Helpline) dated 2/17/04 or better - in the Beagle Fix Tool Directory.
You must disable System Restore before running the removal tool, if you are using Me or XP.
