Description
The final day of the 38th Trinity Institute National Theological Conference will feature keynote addresses by James Carroll (Roman Catholic author) and Tariq Ramadan (Islamic scholar). Explore through lectures and interfaith dialogue how religion becomes entangled with violence -- not only among extremists but in our own lives and communities -- and what are the resources within each tradition for living together in peace, without losing unique identities. The day will adjourn at 4:15 p.m.
