Announcement: Regular Parking Enforcement during Thanksgiving Recess

Regular parking will be enforced Tuesday, November 21 through Sunday, November 26. Please park according to permit color and always assume that parking and traffic regulations are enforced, even if classes are not in session.

Green permit parking lots are always No parking 2 a.m.-7 a.m., 7 days a week. Green permit holders needing to park overnight must park in the designated overnight employee parking spots in the Motor Pool lot. Note that both rows of red permit parking in the Stadium (Beck) parking lot are also always no parking 2 a.m.-7 a.m., 7 days a week and will be enforced over break.

Parking in campus fire lanes is prohibited. A 15-minute grace period is allowed when loading and unloading heavy items but you must have your flashers on as an indication of your imminent return, and be parked on the side of the street closest to the Residential Hall only. The exception to this rule is the Three Flags Circle, where parking is prohibited at all times without exception.

Visitor parking is closed to students and employees at all times. Those arriving after break with a different vehicle must register at the Campus Safety office and display a valid parking permit before parking on campus (red permit vehicle changes: original sticker must be turned in for a replacement sticker, $10 charge).

Contact the Campus Safety department with any questions.
