Psychological Science Guest Speaker Dr. Alyssa Kaying Vang

Dr. Vang is a licensed clinical psychologist who will be discussing how she promotes mental health in adults and children in the Twin Cities area. In particular, she will talk about her experiences as the first Hmong-speaking licensed psychologist in Minnesota, and how she modifies her practice in order to be sensitive to issues of acculturation and assimilation.
