Description

The inaugural President’s Council on Indigenous Relations (PCIR), a group of faculty, staff and students committed to raising awareness of Indigenous history and culture and building reciprocal relationships with Indigenous partners, began meeting in January and will continue to meet monthly. We invite the community to attend our Open Participation Meetings, which will also take place monthly during spring semester on the dates below. During these open meetings, PCIR representatives will provide general updates and invite feedback and ideas from the community to guide us in our work. Join us!

  • Tuesday, March 1 at 2 p.m. in the Interpretive Center
  • Tuesday, March 29 at 1 p.m. in the Interpretive Center
  • Tuesday, May 3 at 2 p.m. in the Center for Inclusive Excellence, complimentary coffee will be served, and a presentation on Gustavus' settler history on Dakota Lands will be featured.
