Description
POP Pilates is an upbeat, 60-minute, full body workout that fuses strength, flexibility, and mobility. Pilates exercises working different muscle groups are choreographed to pop songs to make it feel like a "dance on the mat." The only equipment necessary is a mat, and modifications are available to make the workout accessible to all bodies.
