Nordic skiing coaches clinic will include both classroom and field exercises. Specific topics will include classic technique, teaching classic skiing through ski walking and rollerskiing, skate technique, teaching skating on rollerskis, physiology of endurance training, planning an effective training program, proper strength training, and plyometrics for skiers.
