Description

We are attempting to develop the theme for the 2013 Nobel Conference and have been considering the mysteries of matter and energy. Your help is needed in determining what topics would be most interesting and timely. We have been considering topics like the Higgs boson, dark matter, neutrino oscillations, dark energy, quasicrystals, graphene (and other low dimensional materials), teleportation, antimatter, our current understanding of atoms, and the quark-gluon plasma, just to name a few. If you would like to suggest a topic or help us narrow the focus, please join us. We need help from all parts of the community. If you cannot join us, but are interested in the topic or have suggestions, please contact Chuck Niederriter (chuck@gustavus.edu) or Steve Mellema (mellema@gustavus.edu).
