Description

All interested parties are invited to a discussion of the 2013 Nobel Conference. The theme will be the mysteries of matter and energy and could include topics like the Higgs boson, dark matter, neutrino oscillations, dark energy, quasicrystals, graphene (and other low dimensional materials), teleportation, antimatter, our current understanding of atoms, and the quark-gluon plasma, just to name a few. If you would like to suggest a topic or help us narrow the focus, please join us. We need help from all parts of the community. If you cannot join us, but are interested in the topic or have suggestions, please contact Chuck Niederriter (chuck@gustavus.edu) or Steve Mellema (mellema@gustavus.edu).
