Please be aware that the following information was posted to the tech-announce list here at Gustavus:
A new virus has been released that has the potential to hijack and take control your computer. It is activated on non-protected Windows computers by simply visiting an infected web site or viewing an infected picture. Macintosh computers are NOT susceptible to this virus.
Please protect your computer by visiting the following site and running the recommended critical updates.
www.windowsupdate.com
When the updates are complete, you are no longer vulnerable to this new threat.
