New Faculty Orientation Session - Committee Roles

Join us on Friday, February 16 for a New Faculty Orientation Session. Topic: Committee Roles. This session focuses on one’s role in service capacities, specifically as a committee member. Topics include how to choose a committee or service opportunity, what might be expected of you on committees, and how you might constructively contribute to committees in general. Designed for junior faculty, but open to all. Facilitator: Yurie Hong, Professor of Classics and Faculty Senate Vice Chair. Free lunch at the buffet and then head over to the St. Peter Room, 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.
