The Net-Reg system for registering new users was having problems. Users could get to the original opening page, but when they click the Scan My Machine link - they got a blank page.

The problem has been resovled. If you have any additional information email dutyperson.

Remember, before manually registering someone, please verify that they have up to date virus protection and are have applied all the critical patches from Microsoft.
