Announcement: Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Management

Description This class will provide an introduction to various techniques of mindfulness and relaxation which are effective for individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or panic. This will be a series of five classes held on Monday's from 6-7:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 26 and going through March 26. Please pre-register with the counseling center at (507)933-7027.
