Please join the Kendall Center for a Mid-career Faculty Discussion. A study presented at AAC&U highlighted challenges for mid-career faculty at liberal arts institutions (see the link below). If you identify with the findings or want to share other insights, join colleagues for lunch and a discussion about the experiences and needs of mid-career faculty at Gustavus. If you are not sure that this applies to you, definitely come join us (over half the study respondents were full professors). Program at 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
