Maundy Thursday Worship: Holden Evening PrayerApril 1, 2021 at 8:30–9:15 p.m.
Spend some time in contemplation and worship on Maundy Thursday. Maundy Thursday is a Holy Day when many Christians remember Christ’s last meal with his disciples, but the central focus is his commandment to live out the promise embodied in this meal. Holden Evening Prayer is a beloved setting of Vespers that follows a traditional form of worship while using contemporary and inclusive language. Holy Communion will also be provided (self-serve in individual containers).
Masks and social distancing are required. Seating with appropriate distance in the chapel will be marked. As with all in-person events, please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild. A live stream is available if you are unable or uncomfortable attending in person.
