On MLK Day, Gustavus Adolphus College and St. Peter communities will join together in honor of Dr. King's legacy to build a “Beloved Community” and work on issues of social justice and equity. As the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said “Life's most persistent and urgent question is, “What are you doing for others?''

An opportunity to learn about issues of justice and equality at a local level, discover short and long-term service opportunities at Gustavus and in the St. Peter community, hear speeches from Martin Luther King Jr., receive tools for advocacy, and practice self-reflection.
