Description

The extra load on the mailserver that is generated during Chapel is 10 x the average load. Many users are getting "server unavailable" messages or the failed login page for the WebMail system.

To help with this, WebMail users will now see the following message:
"Gustavus' mail server is currently too busy to handle more connections. Please try again later."
when the load is too high to handle more connections. Users will have no login options at this window.
