Description
Yesterday morning around 10:20am users were experiencing the following problems: inboxes that were empty, problems deleting mail, problems moving mail, etc.
At 10:40am we were able to get things going again with the help of Jeremy, Dan, and Ethan. Things should be working but there may be instances of slowness.
One item to note: The network systems status page was updated to reflect this outage. The calls at the Helpline went from 5 ringing phones to 1 ringing phone.
