Gustavus will host the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Division III Indoor Championships at the Swanson Tennis Center from Friday, February 28 through Sunday, March 1. Eight of the top 16 teams in Division III tennis will play off to determine the 2003 ITA National Indoor Champion. Both Gustavus Adolphus College (the 2002 ITA Indoor Champion) and the University of California-Santa Cruz (the 2001 ITA Indoor Champion) will participate in the tournament. Emory University of Atlanta, Georgia is the #1 seeded team while defending champion Gustavus is seeded second.
