Wednesday, January 6th: INTRO TO AM I HUNGRY MINDFUL EATING PROGRAM with Dietitian George Elliott, 12:30-1:30 in the President's Dining Room

Wednesday, January 13th: UNDERSTANDING HEALTH INSURANCE, PREMUIMS, DEDUCTIBLES AND CO-PAYS OH MY! with Physician Assistant Heather Dale, 12:30-1:30 in the President's Dining Room

Wednesday, January 20th: UPPER RESPIRATORY BLUES with Nurse Practitioner Nissa Fell, 12:30-1:30 in the St. Peter Room

Wednesday, January 27th: GUSTAVUS BETWEEN THE SHEETS! with Nurse Practitioner Jessica Braun, 12:30-1:30 in the President's Dining Room
